1. Booking & Payment

• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit amount.
• Full payment must be completed before the start of the trek.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but once a trek is booked and confirmed, your price remains locked in.

2. Inclusions & Exclusions

• Please refer to the “What’s in the Package” section for included services.
• Any services not explicitly mentioned (e.g., personal porter, horse rides, snacks beyond meals, medical assistance, etc.) are considered add-ons and are chargeable.

3. Health & Fitness

• Participants must be in good health. If you have conditions like asthma, heart issues, or high BP, consult your doctor and inform us before booking.
• Meeting our health guidelines is mandatory for safety.

4. Travel Insurance

• It is mandatory for trekkers to carry personal travel insurance covering emergency medical evacuation (e.g., helicopter rescue).
• Trekoroma is not responsible for arranging or handling claims related to insurance.

5. Force Majeure

• Trekoroma is not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, weather conditions).
• In such cases, we will offer the best possible alternatives without any refund obligation.

8. Safety Protocols

• All treks are conducted by government-certified guides.
• Your safety is our priority, and all decisions made by the trek leader/guide regarding continuation, evacuation, or route changes are final and must be respected.

9. Code of Conduct

• Participants must respect local cultures, communities, and fellow trekkers.
• Misconduct, substance abuse, or disregard for safety instructions may lead to termination of the trek without refund.
