Good to Know Before You Go
🛏️ Room Sharing & Upgrades:
All accommodation is on a twin-sharing basis. Prefer a private room? We’ll try our best (extra charges apply), but at high-altitude spots like Annapurna Base Camp, availability is very limited. Even if you request a private room, sharing may be necessary.

If you leave the trek midway, we’re unable to refund or adjust costs for unused services. For such situations, personal travel insurance is essential — claims need to be made directly with your insurer.
🍲 Meals During the Trek:
You’ll get three meals a day — one main dish per meal (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), plus a hot drink (tea/coffee). Want extras? You’re welcome to order more at your own cost directly at the tea houses.

The Himalayas are majestic, but also wild! At Trekoroma, your safety comes first. Every trek is led by licensed, experienced guides trained to handle the unexpected, so you can focus on the adventure.
🌦️ Natural Calamities & Weather Surprises:
Nature plays by its own rules. In case of weather disruptions or natural events, we’ll always prioritize your safety. We’ll adapt and make sure you still have a memorable experience — even if the plan changes.
