Embark on the remote Manaslu Circuit Trek, a hidden gem of the Himalayas that circles the world’s eighth-highest peak. Over 14 days, traverse lush river valleys, Tibetan-influenced villages, alpine meadows, and rugged trails, culminating at the dramatic Larkya La Pass (5,106m).
A perfect mix of wilderness, culture, and challenge, this trek showcases everything from the ancient monasteries of SamaGaon to the breathtaking vistas of snow-capped Manaslu. Ideal for seasoned trekkers seeking less-crowded trails, it offers an authentic and unforgettable Himalayan adventure.

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu
Welcome to Nepal! (1,300m)
  • Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport.
  • Meet your trek leader & team over a briefing session.
  • Explore Kathmandu’s buzzing streets, temples & cuisine.
Day 2: Journey Begins
Drive from Kathmandu → Machhakhola (850m) (🚗 8–9 hours)
  • Scenic drive through rivers, forests & terraced fields.
  • Catch glimpses of Annapurna, Ganesh Himal & Manaslu en route.
Day 3: Into the Hills
Trek from Machhakhola → Jagat (1,300m) (🥾 7–8 hours)
  • Walk past waterfalls, ridges & rocky stair climbs.
  • Arrive at Jagat, a lively Gurung village with stone-paved lanes.
Day 4: Tibetan Vibes
Trek from Jagat → Deng (1,850m) (🥾 7–8 hours)
  • Cross suspension bridges over the Budhi Gandaki River.
  • Notice growing Tibetan influence in culture & lifestyle.
Day 5: Gateway to the Himalayas
Trek from Deng → Namrung (2,600m) (🥾 7–8 hours)
  • Pass through forests, waterfalls & ancient gompas.
  • Reach Namrung, offering first big Himalayan vistas.
Day 6: Monasteries & Peaks
Trek from Namrung → Lho (3,200m) (🥾 4–5 hours)
  • Short scenic hike past mani walls & prayer flags.
  • Overnight at Lho with stunning views of Mt. Manaslu.
Day 7: Heart of the Himalayas
Trek from Lho → SamaGaon (3,500m) (🥾 5–6 hours)
  • Walk via Shyala village, surrounded by snow-capped peaks.
  • Arrive at SamaGaon, a traditional Tibetan-style settlement.
Day 8: Acclimatization Day
Explore SamaGaon
  • Optional hikes to Manaslu Base Camp or Pungyen Gompa.
  • Visit yak pastures & Buddhist monasteries.
Day 9: Borderlands
Trek from SamaGaon → Samdo (3,900m) (🥾 4–5 hours)
  • Scenic walk close to the Tibetan border.
  • Pass juniper forests, mani walls & stone huts.
Day 10: Towards the Pass
Trek from Samdo → Dharamsala (4,500m) (🥾 5 hours)
  • Gradual climb through yak pastures & glacial valleys.
  • Keep an eye out for blue sheep on rocky slopes.
Day 11: Conquer the Larkya La
Cross Larkya La Pass (5,106m) → Bimthang (3,700m) (🥾 9–10 hours)
  • Start early for a breathtaking sunrise over Manaslu & Himlung Himal.
  • Descend into the beautiful valley of Bimthang.
Day 12: Into the Forests
Trek from Bimthang → Dharapani (1,900m) (🥾 7–8 hours)
  • Walk through rhododendron, oak & pine forests.
  • Join the classic Annapurna Circuit route at Dharapani.
Day 13: Return to Kathmandu
Drive from Dharapani → Kathmandu (🚗 9–10 hours)
  • Scenic jeep ride via Beshisahar back to the capital.
  • Farewell dinner to celebrate the successful trek.
Day 14: Departure
Fly back home with memories of Manaslu
  • Airport drop 3 hours before your flight.
  • Bid farewell to the Himalayas — until next time.

📅 Flexible Rescheduling
We get it — plans change! You can reschedule your trek at no extra cost if you inform us at least 15 days before your original arrival date.

Cancellations
Cancel 15 days or more in advance, and we’ll refund 25% of your deposit. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 15 days before arrival are non-refundable.
