If you choose to leave the tour midway, we’re unable to offer any refund or adjustment for unused services.

Nature can change plans in a moment. In the event of weather-related disruptions or natural events, we will always prioritize your safety. Our team will adapt the itinerary on the go to ensure you still enjoy a memorable and safe experience
Cancellation Policy & Refunds
📅 Flexible Rescheduling
We get it — plans change! You can reschedule your tour at no extra cost if you inform us at least 15 days before your original arrival date.
❌ Cancellations
Cancel 15 days or more in advance, and we’ll refund 25% of your deposit. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 15 days before arrival are non-refundable.
